Baseball's newest power couple is stunting on the MLB All-Star Game red carpet.
Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher and starter for Tuesday's game Paul Skenes. arrived with girlfriend, LSU gymnast and social media sensation Livvy Dunne. Skenes wore a white suit and black tie while Dunne wore a "neutral-colored, sparkly dress" for the occasion, she told MLB Network.
The couple were one of the most sought after pair on the red carpet, and Dunne even showed off pitch grips during an interview.
Skenes and Dunne have had a whirlwind of success in the past year. Skenes led the LSU baseball team to a national championship in 2023 and was the No. 1 pick in the MLB Draft to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Not only is he already in the majors, but he's been dominant. Meanwhile as Dunne has continued to capitalize on NIL, she was part of the LSU gymnastics team that won the national championship.
Last week at the 2024 ESPY Awards, Dunne told USA TODAY Sports she's become a "crazy baseball girlfriend" watching Skenes on the mound.

"I never thought I'd watch this much baseball in my life, but I've tuned into every game. I try to go to as many as possible. Just to watch him do his thing is inspiring," Dunne said.
She continued to give praise to her beau when speaking to MLB Network in Arlington.
"My brain can't even process how hard he throws. It is incredible and it's such a joy to watch and he's a great baseball player, but an even better person," she said.
The pair are likely to continue to have the spotlight as Skenes starts the 94th All-Star Game.
