Noah Cyrus Channels Sister Miley Cyrus With Must-See New Look

Noah Cyrus is taking a cue from Miley Cyrus.
The "July" singer looked like her sister's doppelgänger as she attended the Sept. 5 opening of piano bar and supper club So & So's in New York City, where she also treated the crowd to a special performance of a few rock hits.
Donning a figure-hugging brown, strapless dress, Noah's look showed off her bevy of arm tattoos, while her normally black hair was dyed blonde, reminiscent of a Marilyn Monroe bob.
But the 24-year-old also looked to be paying homage to Miley's 2024 Grammys look, when the "Flowers" singer hit the red carpet in a custom gold artisanal dress by John Galliano for Maison Margiela and—of course—her immediately iconic coif. Both Noah and Miley rocked the big, curly hairstyles, with Noah leaning slightly more '50s and Miley's leaning slightly more '70s.
Over the years, Noah—who made headlines earlier this year for an alleged rift with mom TishCyrus and her new husband Dominic Prucell—has never been one to shy away from trying something new and interesting with her fashion choices.
At this year's Paris Fashion Week in March, the "Again" singer freed the nipple as she went braless underneath a black lacy gown during an outing with fiancé Pinkus at the Vetements' womenswear runway show.
Noah had previously gone with a similarly daring look at Paris Fashion Week in January 2023, wearing a plunging black gown with a chain-link attachment that barely covered her breasts during the Stéphane Rolland show.
However, as Noah has discussed, she prefers something a bit more casual when she's living her private life.
"I like baggy clothes," she told British Vogue in 2018, "or like an oversized hoodie with over-the-knee boots."
She continued, "I think it's a little more of like a street-inspired style for me. For stage, I take it a little bit up a level. That's when I am most comfortable and for me it's all about being comfortable with yourself."
But no matter what she's wearing, Noah always wants to make sure "to dress in the way that you're comfortable."
"If you're worried about what you look like the whole time," she added, "you're not going to be able to be confident."
